Nneoma Veronica Nwogu (Legal Department of the World Bank): 

Nneoma Veronica Nwogu is a senior counsel at the World Bank. She provides legal representation on corporate matters related to Development Finance. She is also the legal adviser for the Energy and Extractives Group and co-leads the Bank's Legal Vice Presidency Working Group on Technology and Innovation. Nneoma is an adjunct Professor of Law at the American University Washington College, an M.Phil from Oxford University and Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Duncan M Kiara (Legal Department of the World Bank)

Duncan M Kiara is a Chief Counsel in the Legal Department of the World Bank. He leads a team of lawyers, analysts and paralegals who provide legal representation on corporate matters related to Development Finance. Duncan is an adjunct Professor of Law at the American University Washington College of Law. He received his LL.B from the University of Nairobi, and LL.Ms from the University of Cambridge and Columbia University. He is admitted to the Bar in New York and Kenya.
