We are excited to unveil the new African International Economic Law Network (AfIELN) Executive Committee, 2025-2027.
The New Team, led by Dr. Regis Simo, has already hit the ground running. Plans are already in place for the Eighth Biennial Conference, for which the date and venue will be announced soon.
Members and everyone within and outside the academic community interested in and working on international economic law generally should therefore expect many upcoming activities. Soon, the new executive team will soon circulate its conference theme and call for papers for the Eight 2026 Biennial Conference.
The team will also share the outcomes in the form of a journal special issue in the African Journal of International Economic Law. The team is also planning to host a number of webinars to discuss emerging and relevant topics in international economics in Africa and beyond.
