On March 5, 2026, the UCT ADRU Panel The UCT Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Unit (ADRU) will host a panel discussion on: “The Case for (and Against) An African Investment Court.”

We are delighted to host a panel consisting of Prof. Won Kidane, Prof Makane Mbengue, Adj. Prof Lise Bosman, Associate Prof. Hannah Woolaver and Jackson Shaw Kern for what promises to be a rigorous discussion on the future of investment dispute resolution. The panel will be moderated Dr. Faadhil Adams.

The panel coincides with the release of Prof. Kidane’s article published under the UCT ADRU Working Paper Series available here.
